I have tickets to the event but I can no longer attend – what should I do?

We would greatly appreciate it if you could email us at info@togetherkent.com and let us know, so that we can allocate your tickets elsewhere.

I haven’t received my tickets – what shall I do?

If you haven’t received your tickets via email within two hours of completing your transaction, please check the following:


  • Inbox, junk and spam folders for an email from our official ticket provider Skiddle
  • That your business email IT system is blocking the email
  • Your email inbox is full
  • You accidentally deleted it or it’s buried under lots of emails


If you have checked the above and still cannot locate your tickets, please contact Skiddle by visiting www.skiddle.com/contact and they will resend your tickets to you.


If you cannot find your tickets on the day, we would advise coming to the event as soon as it opens and we will check our ticketing system manually for you at the entrance, however the whole party that you claimed tickets for will have to be present.


How do I get tickets?

Tickets will be available from www.togetherkent.com prior to the event and will only be available on the day if the event hasn’t sold out prior to opening. Please note, any available tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.


Do children need tickets?

​Yes, everyone regardless of age needs a ticket to gain entry into the event.
